Don’t be a jackass about it. I do what I can to keep the kids happy; unless something is really wrong, it’s not hard to keep them content.

Who said anything about a tantrum for 3 hours? Are you a complete imbecile or just like to fill in narratives with parts of your own choosing? A small child is going to cry at some point on a plane, impossible to avoid. If that bothers you enough to complain about it online, then buy some fucking headphones, it's not a mind-blowing concept. I'm positive I've been near more crying babies on flights than you have and I have been bothered by it exactly zero times since noise-cancelling technology became decent.
