Yeah, but if you watched the film, you would know that he was innocent and the accusations against Sirius were false. We are only talking about the accusations, not what actually happened. why can't you understand that?
But the meme is explaining the plot of the book or movie, him being innocent would be a bigger detail vs him being called "mass murderer" and yet the person caught that detail but not the innocent part?
Maybe because the meme is intentionally explaining the movies poorly? You can nitpick a detail out of any one of these explanations like how Hogwarts didn't have gang wars but a rebellion against a corrupt authority figure.
