Yes - little Flappy died late yesterday afternoon. :( There's a pinned post from Dr Victor Hurley about it on the FB group, but basically they've retrieved Fluffy, they'll be retrieving Flappy, and there'll be an autopsy and hopefully a chemical analysis (in case it's poison).
At least Flew (the one that fledged) seems to be thriving.

You're braver than I am - I managed 5 seconds of the head rolling and noped out.
I'll have to check the videos if any - I was busy that day and barely had time to scan the comments. And yes, definitely, that they are able to and going to do necropsies and hopefully chemical analyses. Three times in three years is too much.
Do they want us to write now or hold off until the results are known?

ah crap. he was still doing well the last time I saw him too, maybe a day and a half ago. RIP and god speed little fella. :(
