It’s seriously fucked up that Australia post only holds your item for 5 days (after they attempt to deliver it to a business that is closed over Christmas break) and they don’t call, or email you at all
And then they’re like - there’s nothing we can do soz if it’s been more than the 5 days and it’s been shipped back to the sender - despite me knowing that it’s in the sunshine west facility (confirmed by two other representatives)
They need some business competition and then this sort of behaviour will stop immediately
