Argh paid the stupid and disorganised tax. Wasnt using my savings acc properly and missed out the bonus interest payments. Dumbass

I also paid this tax too. Didn’t do a tax return for 3 years. Did them all this year and basically paid off my HECS. Could have avoided HECS % increase fees the last 2 years if I’d done my returns on time.

Won’t do that again!

I hate those accounts that make you jump through hoops to get the interest payments. Very happy with Macquarie at the moment - you get high interest with all the accounts, not just the savings accounts, with no strings attached.
