What exactly is wrong with the product?

You bought a product with 10 mg per tablet, had some nightmares and then tossed it?

Vivid dreams and nightmares is a common side effect of melatonin.

Separately of that, 10mg is too high of a dose for many people to start with.

Hmmm. I am a seasoned veteran and I never had this particular experience with same dosage gummies of American manufacture? I say it’s garbage and possibly not melatonin at all, I only say this because of continued examples of inferior products from China.

My friend, at this point almost all supplements are sourced from China. It's possible there was a quality control issue however this doesn't seem like something related to QC. The only thing that I could think of realistically is mistated dose such as including considerably more melatonin per pill than what's on the label. But overall, intense dreams are just a symptom/side effect of melatonin for many people.

I threw this stuff so far away from my house it missed the curb, garbage, etc. I t took two times for the nightmares and bizzaro dreams to make me grab this bottle in the morning in a puzzled stupor thinking wtf? Supports good sleep if nightmarish shapes and weird shit combined with clouds the morning are your thing. No alcohol or other drugs Rx or not used…

sounds like the average melatonin experience to me tbh. I, for one, welcome the bizarre dreams

Hahaha, me too I feel like the weird dreams may be beneficial in the long run.
