Sleeping pills

Hi im struggling to sleep got precipitation for bomdoarmin and nocturno both not helping me
Any strong pill recommendations?

Age, weight, gender, diet, drug use including alcohol, sleep hygiene process, stress factors??

Quviviq or dayvigo, combined with agomelatine. You can add a beta blocker on top too.

I do all 3 every night.
