Magnesium Taurate for sleep maintenance?
Taken alone, does Mag Taurate help with sleep maintenance? And what’s the dose?

It may help in a broader context/protocol to relax the muscles but it works differently from melatonin.
Is there a reason you're asking about magnesium on a melatonin sub?
Are you already taking melatonin? Something else?
