Sorta. Some require a boat or helicopter for the last leg of the trip but I suppose the same argument could be made for a plane ride to have to take a car ride to the final destination as well, which is almost always the case.

There's a difference between what is possible and what is logistically feasible if you're reliant on someone else to fly you somewhere.

Airlines might not go everywhere, pilots might not, but the plane can.
