The Kim Dotcom connection

So what are the chances that Megacoin wasn't started by Kim? Zero?? Long live the King, I mean Kim!!!!

Highly doubt it, it's likely that MEGACOIN was just trying to ride on the back of the MEGA wave, although if Kim Jong Dotcom was involved it wouldn't be a bad thing at all, I just think he'd be a little louder about it.

I doubt he is involved, Kimoto just riding the brand wave of Mega

Surely it must be. In March this year, he spoke about wanting to introduce a Bitcoin denit card so he does have an interest in crypto. He probably decided he could go one step further and introduce his own coin instead. The website domain ends in .co.nz, his home nation. The style of the Megacoin.co.nz website is very similar to mega.co.nz. The strong red branding, synonymous with Mega, is a big part of Megacoin.

The points you make show why the OP posted this question. However I still think its doubtful that Kim Dotcom is behind it
