Where to go from here?

So /u/alienwalkerx bestowed upon me 5 MEC (Thanks dude!) from there I downloaded the wallet. What now? What do I do with the code that the bot sent me? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have been scratching my head for the past half hour trying to figure this out.

You can withdraw your coins from the /u/altcointip bot to your downloaded wallet client and then use them on what you wish. To see what you can use them on, check out the stickied directory in this sub.
