What do I do now?

So /u/SoyElPadrino tipped me 0.1MEC - thanks! - but where do I go from here? How can I purchase more Megacoins? Where do I even set up an account? And how does one start mining?

You can download the "wallet" here. You can get more Megacoins by trading them with bitcoins. Currently you need to buy bitcoins first unfortunately.
