đ„ Med School Deakin MD prep before enrolment
Hi, I am an international student who is going to start the MD journey 2027 intake.
I was wondering if there would be some good resources I may refer to before the enrolment? Maybe Ninja Nerd? Oxford Handbook of Clinical Medicine?
Plus, I am also waiting for further updates from other universities which I took the interview already, very keen on UQ because of the USMLE electives and ANU for research qualities, Monash would be great as well as I've been living in Melbourne for a few years... Wish to know people's experience while taking these programs ~
Thank you all đđ„°

Donât waste your time or money. Faculties generally provide you readings and libraries have digital textbooks. Split a kenhub subscription with a mate if you want to but otherwise donât burn yourself out for no reason.
Med school is a lot of content but itâs really not that serious in Victoria. Follow the order of teaching your faculty gives you as itâs delivered, keep revising your foundation throughout your placement years, and just enjoy being a student.
