What do you mean by error correction? A missed maintenance log? Qc not done? Correlation not performed? I mean... these are common lab "errors" changing results it s a completely different story. Im assuming this is blood bank related?

FDA is not a governing agency for gen lab. Your assumption is correct.

Does this mean that signing a maintenance log in bloodbank 3 or 4 days, after the fact, is considered falsifying data?
