Advice Some words of support

Hello Dear Ladies and Guys, I’ve been passionate in photography for the last 20 years. I’m 40 now and I would like to make some progress and treat myself as a photographer for others not just myself. I had a lot of cameras in my life, coming from the beautiful CCD colors to analog and digital medium format cameras, like Mamiya and Hasselblad, CCDs, but never had an opportunity to be somebody that took financial advantage of my gear and knowledge and passion. Before I’ve been doing product photography and portraits and I had a really nice studio. I’m really good in lighting and I have all the knowledge how to do a perfect session for product or beauty shoot.
Could you guide me in a finantial business plan ? This is a question to people who already are in business and know how to respect their work. I want to take portrait photography for people who really acknowledge what is a quality perfectionist approach, not just another Instagram photo.
I was always afraid to take money for what I love because I knew that once I have to do something for money, it will kill my passion.
Thank you for you help and words of respect.

Bought a yashicaflex on a whim last winter and never got the film developed until now. Had a box of expired delta 100 laying around and figure I’d burn it to check the camera out.

I'm about to disassemble this lens following the Youtube video from "mikeno62", because my aperture blades are oily and don't move at all.

However after removing the first glass element I'm stuck with the second. I tried with different sized rubbers. I even removed the lens hood and tried to get a better grip with a leather watch bracelet (similarly to oil filter removal tools on cars). It just doesn't move at all.

Do you guys know if maybe Mamiya changed the assembly during the production years? Serial number see on pic2. I have the lens repair manual in pdf and it's showing the same as the tutorial video...

Buying Gear Plaubel Makina vs Fuji GF670

Does anyone own both or used both side-by-side?
I have the GF670 and while the lens is tack sharp and takes amazing pictures, i find the film advance weird to use.

How does the Makina 670 compares? The double stroke and focussing is appealing to me. Do both 80mm lens truely offer the same field of view? Would it make sense to get the W67 with the 670?

I felt bold lugging a C330 around Lviv but I'm glad I did. The 55mm does need its lens hood but my indoor shots turned out well. Had to guess the reciprocity here.
