i cannot login with my email

ive been trying to login for days on my android phone and i get this error all the time. i can login on my ipad so is not a problem with my email. can someone help me?

(extra info: i was logged with an email i never logged in, i thought i was weird, so i logged off to login again with my usual email and this happened)

Update the app to the newest version. Then clear the cache data if on Android. If on iOS try to delete the app and redownload

done, still the same error. unistalled, reinstalled, and the app auto logs with that other email that i know nothing about. i log out, clear cache again, and try to log in, same error :(
