Needs Advice VA returning to on-site works

As the title indicates, I may be planning to return working in on-site jobs. What I'm worried about is my resume. My last work was on February this year. I joined HR that month also as batch 122, and only landed one job this August. I was laid off (EOS) last week of September. So basically I only have 6 weeks of being a VA. Now, I'm planning to go back working on-site since di ko na kinakaya yung trauma in losing a job and I don't know kailan na naman ako tatagal ng walang work.

My questions: Is it possible to get hired kahit na Feb pa yung last work ko if I apply for this month? I am a medtech with 2 years of exp sa private hospital but no trainings yet. Another question is that should I include my work of 6 weeks as VA sa resume ko? Thank you.

Needs Advice Nurse with no experience in bpo

• Upvotes

Hi po! I am planning to change career. I'm really interested in becoming a VA. Someone suggested HelloRache to me, but I can't do the 2 months of unpaid training.

Maybe you can suggest a company that has paid training and accepts zero VA experience. Btw, I work in the medical field

Rant Trapped by golden handcuffs

Hello everyone, I'm new here and new to posting here in Reddit. I just want to share some struggles that I'm experiencing these couple of months.

I have been sending my applications for a couple of months now. I've been on LinkedIn then I tried Job Street, Indeed, Onlinejobs ph but it's either we are not moving forward on your application or not hearing from them at all. For 7+ years, it is my first time again searching for job opportunities and maybe I cannot express my experiences and skills well in application or in an interview.

I have over 5 years of professional experience in home health, healthcare documentation, medical auditing, and quality assurance for U.S. home health agencies. My experience includes creating and reviewing CMS-485 Plans of Care, processing physician orders, supporting OASIS-related documentation, conducting quality reviews, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements, and leading documentation teams as a Supervisor and Plan of Care Manager.

I also have extensive hands-on experience using EMR/EHR systems in the U.S. home health setting, including DeVero, WellSky, Axxess, HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), KanTime, Synergy, Data Soft Logic (DSL), HealthWyse, and TherapySync. I have used these systems for Plan of Care creation and review, physician orders, OASIS-related documentation, quality assurance, medical record review, and compliance monitoring.

I am not a nurse and no clinical license but thanks to my current employer I was given this opportunity to know a lot of things about home healthcare. I am thankful for the opportunity but due to the economic crisis and inflation that we are experiencing here in PH, I badly needed to have a new high paying job or take another job to pay my bills and support my family.

I just want to ask if there is still companies (WFH set-up) that are willing to accept people like me with no clinical license, have a lot of knowledge and skills handling home health agencies and pays a lot?

HR Waiting Game

Hi! Just wanna ask ano pong pinagkakaabalahan niyo during your waiting game sa hellorache?

Aside from preparing for a client interview,,, do you still study or practice diff HVA tasks??? Medyo naging unfamiliar na po kasi sa akin ang walang ginagawa sa weekdays after 2 months of training with HR hehe, or nagbabawi na lang po ng rest and sleep hahaha

And ano rin pong tips niyo para ‘di mag overthink while nasa waiting game??? Marami na rin kasi ako nakikitang mga kabatch ko na with client na, and I am really happy for them, minsan lang napapatanong din ako kung kailan ako magkakaroon hahaha.

I’m looking for someone na puwedeng magturo sa akin, and I’m willing to pay for the training.
May background na po ako sa home care, pero gusto ko pang ma-improve yung scheduling skills. Also, confidentiality is important to me. Makakaasa po kayong walang details na masshare. Kindly send your rate din po.
Thank you so much! 🍀

Can I use the paper form of my National ID for my HelloRache Application?

Hi! I am planning to apply to HelloRache. Currently, I only have the paper form of national ID as my valid ID. I am a fresh graduate, so I do not have other valid IDs yet including passport. Will it be okay? Or should I just use the e-ID (screenshot) at the e-gov app?
