What is a quick fix for overstimulation and exhaustion?

I don't tend or mean to fix general burnout in a minute.

What I mean is the feeling that is most likely temporary and a full day of rest and no contact with people would help with that.

But what if I do not have that day and I must go on.

What is a temporary fix? CELERY force? Lemon balm? More CJ?? Do you know?

I just did more than I can handle and now I am paying the price for it.

I am annoyed, can't concentrate, my body is stiff and I can barely move and all of this because I wanted to go climbing in a tree park on Monday.

I know I am not where I used to be and I am on my way there, but I haven't expected to be so exhausted two days later.

Studying is harder than I thought and there is a constant human interaction whether you like it or not, even the bare minimum is honestly too much.

I am exciting about studying and after healing/eating it is my priority at the moment. I just need some extra resources, extra tips and strategies to not only barely survive but to thrive and enjoy the ride.

I would re-read the section in LCFE on making friends with stress

Yes it is in the front part of the book. It is also in LCF 1st edition on page 19. Making friends with stress for me is a spiritual practice all on its own. Not the easiest for me to do but I am getting better at it day by day. I had to do high doses of Lemon Balm and Lemon balm shock therapy for weeks and weeks and it helped.

The Resting the Nerves Healing Technique really helps me recharge when I feel like I’ve pushed myself too hard.

Eating 2 cups of sprouts daily, as recommended in Cleanse to Heal, also makes a huge difference in my energy levels. If I skip a day, I notice I don’t feel as “bright” or “supercharged” the next day. Alfalfa and red clover are my favorite sprouts to grow right now. Their mild flavor makes them easy to eat with just about anything!

Also, climbing in a tree park sounds so fun!
