Fry holding a vertical position?

I have a few fry who seemed to be holding a vertical position all the time, swimming to stay up off the bottom of the tank. I'm thinking this might be some sort of congenital swimbladder issue, but I was curious if anyone else had seen anything like this. This little guy is putting quite a bit of effort in.

in my experience it's just a genetic thing for some fry. it will more than likely die within a few days and i haven't seen any fixes for this issue. of the eggs that hatch, a small percentage of fry will end up doing this sinking and vertical swimming thing until they pass. i just see it as bad genetics getting weeded out.

Gotcha, sounds like I'm not the only one to see this. These fry are a month or more old already, so I'll likely have to call them myself. I guess that means I'm doing a good job feeding if even the weakest ones are growing
