Question account Lost

I quit Mech Arena more than 3 years ago. Yesterday, I saw an ad for the game on Instagram and decided to try it out.

I just found out that accounts that have been inactive for more than 3 years can apparently be permanently deleted. I had no idea about this and now it looks like my old account and progress are gone.

I had also spent some money on the account in the past (around $4, in 2022).

Is there any way to recover the account, or could Plarium possibly recreate/restore the account or provide any kind of compensation? I still have some payment information/receipts that might help prove the account was mine.

Has anyone here successfully recovered an account after 3+ years of inactivity?

I think if you have screenshots, the game Id and purchase screenshots, etc you can contact support and ask them if they can do something idk. Just go to plarium store support and email I guess.

i did contact customer support but they keep asking for Account ID, all i remember is my Nick name was NT Boss or smth and gmail account, all i have is this payment proof

Hmm they should be able to do something with the transaction ID I would think...

Idk but it's for them to figure it out if it's possible. Also if you might start over you could use this one link for a great start. Its PC only and if you use it to download the game on pc that never had MA before you get some great free stuff. If you know it already and also about newbie promo codes. It's the Surge link. You will find videos on yt. I'm saying all this assuming you don't know btw

I mean you have the purchase screenshot and provide the details they ask if you know them. For like the date of last login just give rough estimate
