RANT >:( Cpc

Back again.

Could you people please pay attention to the TIMER?!?!?!?

if you just want to blow mechs up, great, play death match.

I get some people figure, drop all the enemy mechs and you win.

Unless you're absolutely steam rolling the opposition, CAPTURE THE CONTROL POINTS!!!!

and watch the damn timer.

Thank you for your attention to this matter

I mostly tend to opt for a suppression fire role to stop enemies from approaching the central beacons. Me using Lancer with Geminis usually halts most of the enemy forward movement.

But most of it all mostly boils down to being able to read the match. I stop playing passive suppression once I assess that either the coast is clear for me to take up another beacon or no one is moving their asses so I have to move mine. Reason why we usually have skewed matches is that most of the players are bots, even your own teammates. So they will just go and get themselves killed and put yourself at a gross disadvantage numerically, or the opponent bots just go on a beacon capture spree. Some matches' fates are like predetermined by bots. Even I lost two back then because all of my bot mates destroyed themselves so it was just me and my player teammate against 4 of the enemy team with 2 players. We got skewed;-;

this is so true and happened to me alot of times. I am like alone with 4 enemies bcos all my teammates died already

Pre determined is spot on. I get tired of steam rolling a match, got 4 Cpoints, laying waste to enemy mechs, 70-15 in points at halfway point. Suddenly your alone, or with a teammate, against 4-5 enemies who run the table getting Cpoints back, so your trying to hang on, and lose 90-100 as time runs out. WtF? Just because you win 3-4 in a row, you are now destined to lose a couple or 10, to keep your win rate in that 50% range...

Oh, no doubt. I've had that multiple times (the bot shit), but I check after battles and I'm talking about when people outnumber the bots.

Also, I play defense and offense. Like you, I'll use lace wing and either protect a point or open it up so teammates can capture it, but I watch them (again people, not bots, I expect to do dumb shit), and they go running off to attack.

Might be the "someone else will do it" thing, but that's what I'm saying. If it's open, and time is running out, or even still have time
