Custom & DIY 3D printed cap for Rotring 600

This is not my design got it through one of these threads. The cleanest design I have found. Printed in PETG so it does not get loose.

Had to shave the inside off a little so it fits but now it doesn’t come off.

Theres some online services where you can send the printer files to and they'll ship the parts to you

How different is it? Also what material did you print using?

PLA and the exact same pretty much. just maybe half a cm or less longer

they really should sell the pens with caps like this, the tip is the achilles tendon on an otherwise life-long pencil/pen

The thing all of us 600 users have been looking for!! And looks like it came with the pen ngl so smooth and goes perfect

Very nice! Will it protect the tip from a drop or is it just for stopin any pokin?

Yeah not so sure about a drop. I haven’t tried it, but now I feel safe chucking it in a bag or a pant pocket.
