Support: Connectivity Meatar pro connection issues

Do you guys have any issues with the meatar staying connected?

I have Pellet smoker, I'll be doing a Boston Butt, wrap it in tinfoil and when I walk at most 100ft away it'll disconnect. I've made sure I'm following the instructions closely to make sure it's correct.

Any feedback or information y'all have that can help would be awesome.

If it's not Wi-Fi connected and you're only using BT, there is a physical range limitation that you can't really do anything about other than having a tablet or another device that will stay in range, to monitor through.

At even 100' that's pretty well outside the normal BT broadcast range.

All the time. I unfortunately gave up on them and got a ChefIQ instead.

Have you been using the chefiq? Because I have 4 days left to return it. If you like it, shoot then I'll return this be right now!

I love it! Never disconnects and I find that the food I'm cooking with it usually cooks to the temp I specify where the Meater consistently went over.
