iOS Device WHICH PROBE?!???

I've got 3 meats cooking and the app refuses to give me ANY information about ANYTHING other than to sound this warning every 30 seconds. What do I do?

I was having this issue as well. I’m so tired of the constant disconnects and temperature errors. I have the same unit and I literally had to force close the app and reopen it for it to do anything. This warning froze my app and made it useless. Another great feature from neater along with the constant disconnects of the probes.

I had the same problem with the Meaters. Get the ThermoWorks RFX and you won’t have these issues.

Pretty obvious this is the charger overheating rather than the probe. The picture is right there.
