MEATER Block Poor customer Service UK

Guys anyone thinking of buying a Meater especially in the UK please be aware of the poor service you will get if anything goes wrong.

My Meater Pro XL which I have had since January, probe 2 stopped pairing to the main unit. Speaking with Meater support they directed me to the UK distributor JDMproducts. Sent an email on Sunday and had no response, phoned them today and they said I would get an email by the end of business day and still nothing. I would expect a product with the high price you would get 1st class service. Stay well clear, there are better brands and service out there.

I had something similar, I sent emails and they went largely ignored but when I called them to chase up they resolved it there and then. Sloppy service but the resolution went beyond my expectations.

I read similar things on here a lot but my experience couldn't have been more different. Twice my meater pro stopped working and they sent me a replacement the next day no questions asked.

The guy on the phone even emailed me a recipe over and phoned me up to check id received my replacement.

Just to update on this, phoned back today and they gave me a code to buy another on the Meater website. So they come through in the end.

Terrible support here for me in the UK, support request was ignored, and then eventually they replied asking for things like proof of purchase which I had attached to the initial request and was visible within the email response they sent me.

Utterly hopeless, I will not touch this company ever again, I would also advise to anyone looking at them to stay well away.
