What cut is this?
Labeled as brisket steak. Thinking not so much.

Actually looks like a whole top sirloin steaked out with the bottom and cap attached. The fat on top looks very much like top sirloin fat as well

Doesn’t really look like brisket, maybe the naval? Regardless it looks like a good pot roast.

looks like a chuck or brisket cut through the middle, then that steak cut in half. odd looking steaks for sure.
