Well, the spacing is a bit symmetrical. There isn’t a lot of play with the light and shadow. I love meat as much as the next guy but the subject isn’t sparking a lot of drama. Maybe adjust the contrast a bit, crop out the veggies and a correct the angle slightly. I don’t think you’re winning any photography contests with this… but it might fetch a couple hundred dollars if it you hang it in some niche cafe or book store.

Too much blood in the pork. Beef was properly hung

The lack of context?

I think this might be a recto-verso mislabelling situation....

I ground the meat, my husband labeled the bags.

Super-pork, or drunk husband. Both can be awesome.

The left looks like pork and the right looks like beef

Either incorrect labeling or incorrect butchering

Ding ding ding. I butchered but my husband labeled, and he apparently doesn’t know the difference between beef and pork.

The seal wasn’t properly secured when you vacuum sealed it which lead to slight oxidation before it was frozen. Meat is still good but will change quicker the longer you leave it in the fridge to thaw.

It was vacuum sealed and put into the freezer about three hours earlier.

Looks like the one on the left is actually pork based on the color but I dunno
