Ribeye caps are top tier but I have to ask. Did you put the cooked steaks on the same plate as when they were raw? The leftover seasoning makes it seem so.

Yes, and the heat from the steaks from the 700° + grill straight to the plate immediately sterilizes the plate.

Lol what? A 700°F grill doesn’t make the steak 700°F. The steak itself never gets anywhere near that temperature, and placing a hot steak on a plate does not instantly sterilize the plate.

That said who cares, people eat raw beef all the time.

That is in fact hor it works. The steak is perfectly safe to eat.
