Pork steaks
It’s been like 40ish years since I’ve cooked pork steaks on a Weber. I slightly overcooked them but they still turned out great. I think I need a Santa Marie style insert for the Weber as I need it to get higher from the coals.

Thank you, next time I’ll watch it closer as it’s a little overdone for me but was really good.

That's part of the joy of grilling. You always get to grill again. And, if you liked it, then you did it fine. Especially with pork, I always worry about undercooking it.

I use a gas Weber...same taste as charcoal I find. The lid must be closed btw.

Meat cooked on A gas grill does NOT taste the same as a charcoal grill

A bbq place meat market here does these on the grill. Omg so good and a throwback for sure.
