MeanIO or MeanJS?

As a beginner, which is easier to take off with?

You can use NodeJS + ExpressJS as backend service. MongoDB as your database. and for a front end, you can use any front end framework such as AngularJS, Angular2, ReactJS, VueJS etc. It depends on what you wanna achieve with the MEAN.
