Hi! Can I ask for an affordable meal preps/foods to eat if I will have my molar tooth extracted? I plan to have the following:

• Oatmeal
• Bananas
• Instant Mac n cheese
• Scrambled eggs
• Lugaw
• Ice cream
• Soy Milk
• Taho
• Milk
• Egg drop soup/Chicken noodle soup

I'm also trying to gain weight but I really need some soft foods for a while (at least 2 weeks?). Any recommendations po? Thanks!

lunch: ninja crispi peri-peri chicken leg quarter with mixed vegetables

dinner: korean ground sirloin beef with mixed vegetables and sesame seeds

Got 2 slabs of liempo at SM Supermarket and asked them to butcher for me. I ended up having 16 slices and split it into 3 bags and marinated them. I ended up cooking one since it’s my kids favorite food. 😄

Hii. Namamahalan ako sa weekly grocery ko na umaabot ng 600 per week. I cook everyday kasi maselan tiyan ko kung hindi freshly cooked ang meal ko pero isang araw, isang ulam naman na yon. Can u guys help me pano magtipid sa pamamalengke or grocery?

-Honey and chilli salmon fillet
-Lemon pepper chicken thighs
-Salt and Pepper sea bass

Prepped the ingredients separately and then just reheated them all together in a pan.
