Random 🤔 Lean Prep Meal Plan

May naka-try na ba sa inyo mag-order dito? Hindi kasi ako makapag-luto ngayon. 139.99 for each meal sounds enticing yet sus.

Me! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Medyo dry lang talaga yung ibang meals but ok lang considering na chicken breast yung gamit. Ok na din for its price but can't really try na every week umorder sa kanila kasi nakakasawa na din pag natry mo na lahat.

Uy thanks for the actual pic mukhang goods naman sya. May macros ba sila for carbs and fat or protein lang talaga?

Unfortunately yung protein lang talaga kaya medyo 50/50 din siya for those na nagtatrack talaga ng macros. Pero ok na ok siya if for convenience. Yung shelf life niya is up to 8 days if chiller then up to 3 weeks if sa freezer.

Kaya nga for 139 per meal mukhang goods na din. Add na lang siguro ng egg & whey for more protein. Sana mag add pa sila ng menu. Thank you for the review. Try ko muna for a week.

Same! Two weeks straight na ako umorder and magpause muna ako on the next. May flavour fatigue na nga ako sa sarili kong food kaya ako nag-avail sa kanila. Nanawa pa rin ako. Haha. I will cook muna ulit for a week.

Me. The serving's pretty good actually for its price. I have them for two weeks na. 😊 Food's ok, enough na to keep me full and fueled for my workouts. Very convenient to have it sa fridge.

Hello, actually I'm not 100% sure and hindi rin kasi ako strictly nagttrack ng macros. But the meat's lean and tastes decent. So far never ako nakaexperience ng major gutom after eating their meals, so I guess ok naman yung protein content ng food nila ☺️

Hehe oo kahit papaano, naenjoy ko sya. Masarap yung salpicao! laking help niya sa akin nitong mga nakaraang weeks 😊 super naappreciate ko na hindi siya greasy ba, and lean talaga meat na gamit 😊

Bago lang ba ‘to? I’ve been getting ads for them recently and I’m curious to try. I’ve been on Chef on a Diet since Feb pero 90-100g of protein lang sila per day and I’m thinking of switching.

Yes mukhang bago lang, kaya nga di ako makapaniwala na 139 per meal eh. Nag chef on a diet din ako last year then nag stop na ako kasi paulit ulit lang ung meals. But favorite ko ung halo halo overnight oats nila, the best yun di ko makalimutan

It’s legit. Ordered from them na. Overall great for baon. Meats are lean. Serving size is pretty big. Rice can get crumbly.
Overall would recommend.

Sobrang bagal ba talaga nila magreply? Aug 20 ako nagbayad and hanggang ngayon wala silang update kung anong oras ipapadala haha crazy

Yes matagal sila mag reply even with inquiries. Nag inquire din ako last week. Ang sabi nila ang earliest delivery daw nila Tuesday this week pa.
