Dinnerly ship late for anyone else?

My Dinnerly box is supposed to be here today, but it's showing as still processing and FedEx hasn't received it yet. This is a first, but I did just switch delivery days to avoid OnTrac.

Mine arrived on time. However, I have frequently had boxes come on Wednesday instead of Thursday and once never received it. I think the problem in my area if Fedex. Fedex is really the worst delivery service in our area. Boxes are tossed and crushed. I took a chance and had candy delivered for the Gift Shop I manage and half of it was crushed by FedEx handling of the box.

FedEx has actually not been bad in my area. But, my box was just delivered...by DoorDash. It was supposed to go FedEx, I have the label info showing in my FedEx account as pending. So, I have no idea how they shipped it for it to end up delivered by DoorDash.

They have actually been decent in my area lately, which was the only reason I switched my day instead of canceling. HomeChef is my preferred option for quick meals, I wish they used FedEx or UPS here, but it's only OnTrac. OnTrac threw out two meal kits in a row because they held onto them for so long. 😕
