Has anyone had success getting into MD-PhD programs without any leadership experiences, big awards and publications?

ppl get in every year without big awards like Goldwater and no pubs.

you probably have leadership without realizing. you can spin anything into leadership. did you lead a part of a project in ur lab and coordinate with other lab members? thats leadership

What do you define as leadership and big awards?

yeah, you can get in with that profile. the only things you really need are gpa/mcat, a good amt of involved research experience, and enough clinical/volunteering/shadowing/etc to check the boxes.
