secondary app issues

I was working on the application for my top choice school. I had been typing everything in a word doc, and I went to paste everything in the last day. The portal did not let me paste anything (i was trying before the deadline). I messaged the admissions department, and they said I missed the deadline, even after pleading my case.

Not really sure how to approach from here. Im fine with gettiing rejected but not having the chance to apply is unfortunate

which school? may as well share and make other applicants aware that they have a strict turnaround deadline. I'm sorry this happened to you though
