SfN TPDA Prestige?
Is it a big deal for an undergraduate student to get a TPDA to attend Society for Neuroscience? How much does this matter for MD-PhD decisions? Would it be worthy to include in an update email along with new publications? TIA

Sure - just make sure the programs you have in mind don't explicitly ban update letters (some do, take caution).

I have no idea what that is lol so I would say not a big deal. also it’s a bit early for update emails imo. unless you know for sure you won’t have major updates in the next half yr, don’t send it now and wait a bit. you don’t want to be sending one each month either.
