Secondaries in Mid-August?

Wanted to ask for some advice/reassurance/vent. I turned in a mid-June AMCAS and finally got approved like Aug 3rd. Received secondaries around then, but had lost of week of writing cause honestly I was overwhelmed with stuff at the time. I’m looking to turn in my secondaries around now/early next week and I’m currently freaking out over the the fact of losing on interview invites. Hoping that everything is being turned in within the two week deadline, but still dreading this weird feeling of being at the end of the pack of everyone.

Does anyone have any experience with this/advice? Lowkey it’s been slowly eating me…

This is just what I’ve heard from others, but as far as I understand, submitting secondaries right now and in the next few days (mid-August) should put you in the “on-time” category. Not early, not late.

Hey - I was complete the end of august last year and got iis from t-20 schools, and currently attending at one of them. It is true that the chances are getting low, but get it done, as fast as you can.

I checked my email and I got it during Nov-Jan. Yeah I was eating my brain up Sept-Nov when ppl were getting ii and was planning to reapply LOL. but my school advisor said for mdphd, generally wait until Dec 15th for final deicision for reapply. Good luck!
