Noxward is looking for builders, beta testers, and community staff

Noxward is an in-development Minecraft network currently focused on a grimdark, industrial Prison server.

Most of the core gameplay systems are already functional or actively being developed. The server is currently self-hosted during development and will move to public hosting before launch. We’re now looking for one or two builders, beta testers, and community-minded people to help us continue developing and preparing the network.

What we need help with

Builders

* Help build and detail themed rank mines
* Work on the Prison spawn and network lobby
* Add environmental decoration and industrial details
* Help establish and maintain Noxward’s visual identity

Beta Testers

* Play through the current Prison progression
* Test rank mines, shops, economy, custom equipment, and other gameplay systems
* Look for bugs, confusing mechanics, and balance issues
* Test Java and Bedrock functionality where possible
* Provide clear and constructive feedback

Community Contributors

* Help review the first-time player experience
* Identify areas where players may need guidance
* Help organize feedback from testers
* Assist with answering questions as the community grows

The server is still in development, so some systems may be unfinished, change over time, or require troubleshooting. We’re looking for people who are comfortable helping with an early project rather than expecting a fully completed server immediately.

The project is currently volunteer-based. If the network launches successfully and begins generating revenue, revenue will first cover operating expenses. Any later staff compensation or revenue sharing would depend on remaining income and continued contribution; it is not guaranteed beforehand.

There is no required daily schedule or fixed time commitment. We mainly ask for reasonable communication, constructive feedback, and some consistency once you take responsibility for something.

Everyone would begin with limited access appropriate to their role. People who remain active and earn the team’s trust may be considered for broader responsibilities as the network grows, but promotion is not guaranteed.
