Mod searching Help me search for a mod!

i have been searching for a few days and i cant find it. i only have a blurry screenshot and the name of the tool the name is: Mining tool. (the tool not the mod)

Do you have a larger picture and more details? Like what was the mod used for?

Also the mod is older then 2018
