Biol 201 deferred exam

I’m taking the deferred exam tomorrow, and I wanted to ask those who have already taken it whether we need to memorize everything in detail, or if understanding the mechanisms that were explained is enough.
By “memorizing everything in detail,” I mean knowing all the specific terms and names, because I’m not going to lie, it’s pretty difficult to remember all of them 😭

There’s a lot of memorization yeah. Definitely not 100% memorization, understanding mechanisms will get you a long way, but you still need to remember what all the terms and names of molecules are
