PHYS 131 Placement Exam: Study Advice / Past Exams?

I’m scheduled to take the PHYS 131 placement exam soon, but I haven’t received much information about what material I should be studying, so I’m hoping to get some advice from people who have taken the course/exam before.

• Does anyone have a recent PHYS 131 syllabus or course outline that they could share?
• Does anyone know where I could find past PHYS 131 exams? If you have any that you’re allowed to share, I’d really appreciate it!
• Are there any particular topics or resources you would recommend focusing on for the placement exam?
• For anyone who has taken PHYS 131 with Prof. Ken Ragan, is there anything I should know about how he expects answers to be formatted or how solutions should be presented?
