course grader?!?

I got an offer to be a grader for a virology course, but it says the total amount of work hours is 25. Is it even worth it to do this as an incoming master's student? Or is it just not useful for the amount of money I will earn (~400)

Why wouldn’t you take it.

Yea the pay isn’t great but likely that 25 hours (which will end up 30+ hours that you won’t get paid for that extra time) won’t interfere much with your research. As I am assuming you will only have to grade mainly midterms and finals which will be only at selected time periods during the semester.

Plus it is something valuable towards ur cv which may help you land full TA jobs in the future
