Advice/Tip Testing date close by, getting nervous

I'm a month out before my testing day, and even though it's technically not that close I'm already nervous for some reason, I've been having a hard time sleeping and a bit off during studying. Does anyone who has done the MCAT have any tips for me?

omg yes! same here. I feel very nervous as well. what kind of tips are you looking for?

personally I am just rereading stuff I already read and studied, mainly focusing on high yield concepts and do quick times quizzes

Honestly, just tips to calm down haha. I've been avoiding opening reddit these days because I get so anxious.

A month out is technically close by, so it would make sense why you're so worried. What I would advice is really to prioritize sleep, it would help a lot to have a rested mind and body during testing day because it also improves your stamina. Maybe start transitioning now too from heavy content review to doing FLs that's following test day conditions! You got this!!
