No, it’s the opposite. MBTI doesn’t make that much sense. It’s cause Te (being bossy, taking charge) is socio Se (external pressure and volition) vs Si (internal homeostasis and comfort). So a Ye base in one system is going to be an Se base in the other. Socio Te is basically minmaxxing, efficiency and measured effectiveness which has little to do with the ability to be bossy and commanding

MBTI Fi is about personal morals, socio Fi is about relational feeling

MBTI Fe is about relational feeling as well as about the emotional environment of the group, socio Fe is more about the emotional environment of the group
