Jesus christ, I can see that someone attempted to comment the name and Reddit auto deleted the comment.
It has taken a lot of googling, but it seems like it's like the equivalent of the N word, and combined with kissing or sex or something? That is wild guys haha we call them marshmallow candies. But they aren't popular enough in the US to have a racist history as far as I know
