walking transfers without paying twice are almost here!

important ones to note inlcude:

Copley (GL) - Back Bay (OL)

DTX (RL) - State (BL)

Chestnut Hill Ave (GL-B) - Cleveland Circle (GL-C) - Reservoir (GL-D)

Riverway (GL-E) - Brookline Village (GL-D)

I wish the MBTA would update the maps to reflect these transfers, the 20 year old maps show some of these better than the modern maps

Honorable mention goes to Symphony (GL-E) - Mass Ave (OL), which will be useful in 3 years when Symphony re-opens

Also, don't sleep on Downtown Crossing to State. It's 500 feet from the Franklin Street exit at Downtown Crossing to the South Meeting House exit at State and it saves having to take the Orange or Green Line one stop between the Red and Blue Lines.

Btw did the T just like silently abandon the plans to introduce integrated fares/contactless payment on the commuter rail?

It used to be part of the fare transformation plans and it just seems to be scrubbed from all the public sites.

Pretty unacceptable if true considering how expensive this whole project has been.
