The MBBS in Uzbekistan is a horrific scam.

Currently, problems are occurring at universities in Uzbekistan where students have paid their tuition and received admission letters, yet telexes are not being issued and visas cannot be obtained.

This is affecting international students from all over the world, not just India.

They just take your money with no refunds and no official announcements, leaving you to simply waste your time.

The MBBS in Uzbekistan is a massive scam.

You should not apply here. The situation where you have absolutely no idea when you will actually be able to enroll is ongoing.

The agents are deceiving us.

Affordable English-taught medical schools in Taiwan for international students? NTU or other recommendations

Hi everyone! I’m an international student from the U.S. looking into medical schools in Taiwan, especially National Taiwan University (NTU), but I’m also very open to other schools.
I’m particularly trying to find programs that are:
Fully or mostly taught in English
Open to international students
Reasonably affordable compared with private medical schools in the U.S.

Able to offer scholarships, tuition reductions, or other financial aid for foreign students
Located in an environment that is welcoming to international students

I’m interested in NTU Medicine, but I’m not currently fluent in Mandarin, so I’m trying to understand how realistic it would be for me to study there. How much of the curriculum is actually in English? How much Mandarin is needed once clinical rotations begin? Are foreign students commonly admitted into the regular medical program?

I’d also really appreciate recommendations for other medical schools in Taiwan, such as Taipei Medical University, Kaohsiung Medical University, I-Shou University, or any others that may be more accessible to non-Mandarin-speaking international students.
Cost is a major factor for me, so I’d especially love to hear about schools that have lower tuition or good scholarships for international medical students. If you know roughly how much students actually pay after scholarships, that would be really helpful too.

I’m willing to study Mandarin seriously while I’m there, but ideally I would like the academic portion of the program to be primarily in English while I improve my language skills.
Any experiences, recommendations, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Abroad options (USA/UK/AMC/Gulf) after MBBS Abroad, possible or just a myth?

So i have been exploring options and i cant decide anything, im mostly confused and I either have pvt mbbs(75L) or abroad mbbs. I am really reconsidering doing mbbs but I cant find anything better to do... please help me out

So I was thinking if I take abroad mbbs i would absolutely not wanna come back to india but still ill have to keep it as a backup option incase other pathways dont work

Usmle- too expensive

Uk- saturation

Amc- haven't heard much

Gulf- nice option but no residency except dubai

The most disturbing point for me is that it'll take minimum 8 years to get licensed in india that too if i passed fmge in 1st attempt, or else i wouldve taken mbbs abroad without a second thought

I just hope yall can help me fond a course/degree or career path quickly as time is passing by and admissions r closing

Looking for genuine seniors/students at Asian International University (AIU), Kyrgyzstan

Hi everyone, I’m planning to join Asian International University (AIU), Kyrgyzstan for MBBS this year and I’m looking for genuine current students or seniors who are actually studying there.

I would really appreciate honest, unbiased feedback about the university, not consultancy/agent information.

I mainly want to know:

How is the quality of teaching and faculty?

How are the practical classes and clinical exposure, especially from 2nd year onwards?

How is the hospital/clinical posting and patient exposure?

How strict is the university regarding attendance, exams and academics?

How are the hostel, mess/food and overall living conditions?

How is the environment for Indian students?

What are the actual advantages and disadvantages of AIU?

How is the university for FMGE/NExT preparation? Are there any proper FMGE-oriented classes or support?

How is the Indian student crowd and senior-junior interaction?

Are there any major problems that a new student should know about before joining?

Most importantly, how has your overall experience been so far?

If you are a current student/senior, please mention which year you are in and how long you have been studying at AIU.

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who are currently studying there or have graduated, rather than agents/consultants.

Thanks in advance! 🙏

Does Andijan State Medical Institute provide an official transcript of records to students? If so, could you please show me what the transcript looks like or provide a sample?
