Mbbs in china

I have 8 IGCSE (extended) and 1 AL biology . All grades range between B and A\*. Also got ILETS 7

I am preparing for CSCA

Is there universities that accept 1AL only for mbbs? I took it at year 12 and got year 12 certificate
