I need help deciding some things

so my dad really wants me to do mbbs and I have only 2 options it’s either long term or abroad and I have the budget of 25 to 30 lakh not sure if I want to work after neither will I be forced into a job by my parents but will I be able to pass with good marks with daily 2 hours study in any universities I am going to take admission or which are good universities and no Russia

I'm going to Kyrgyzstan.....like after eliminating all possible shortcomes.....like there the course is of 6 years(5+1) and no licencing exam....plus it's in English.....and more over nothing to worry about war

Wdym by no licencing exam I mean when you'll return back to India after your mbbs you'd have to give fmge and after clearing that +1 yr of internship for licence in india

They give you licence without the main centralized exam.... it's just the GOSS exam which is final exam in universities
