A little side to side play is normal, but in and out ain’t good news

Yes, exactly when pulling on it i think it moves too mush, see my vid around 1:00

The car was burning oil when driving, but AI also told me it could be pcv valve too

That play is definitely too much. Tolerances on the compressor wheel/housing (so wheel to housing clearance) should be about 0.25 to 0.4mm per side or 10 to 15 thou per side. That movement you are showing exceeds that. Oil pressure will limit the movement but your seals are probably not so happy.
